• HISTORY

  - The place is formerly known as "BASAKAN" or "BASAK" or rice field during the pre-Spanish time. During such time it is also governed by the local executive called "TINIENTE DEL BARRIO" now barangay captain. The chieftain does not received  any salary nor stipend but serving the people with heart and glory.

- The delicacy of  Brgy. Basak Pardo  is "Butterfly Sanctuary" in Jumalon St.

-  Out of  100% employed res, there are only 59%  employed res, and 41% percent of unemployed res.

• PROBLEMS

- Fraternities
- Clogged Canals
- Preparation for the "KK Assembly"
( the assistant  of Brgy. Captain did not allow us to know what are their major problems because  it is private  only minor problems)

• POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS
- Command the Brgy. Tanods to roam around during midnights
- Repair the canals
- Plan the Programs
